Yeah. We know.

Crafty creatives like us aren't exactly famous for coloring within the lines or thinking inside the box (no matter how beautifully crafted the box). 

I think that's a good thing!

That said. . . I have some policies to share, so please read on.  


I take great care in photographing and describing my items and am also happy to answer any questions prior to purchase. So, please keep in mind that all sales are considered final. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me. I will be more than happy to help you. I hope you love it before you purchase it. I will reconsider on an individual basis. Please message me.

If you do not agree with the description given upon receiving your order, please contact me about it before leaving feedback.

I do not have any control over the postal system. If there is a postal issue with your order I will work to resolve it with you. If a refund is necessary we will need to work through the postal channels to resolve it. This not an immediate process, we will need to be patient with the resolution.

Refunds are on a case by case basis. I will need the item returned, or proof that is is on the way with tracking, before I issue a refund. 

If you order has been damaged in shipping I will file a postal claim and begin the replacement process. You will need to save all packaging and products as part of the claim. You will need to provide detailed photos and may need to ship it all back to me or take them to the Post Office for inspection. I try to make this a fast and easy process, but please be patient as the Post Office has rules for insurance claims. 

I will combine shipping on bulk orders and will refund overages when the order ships. If I oversee it for some reason, it is the buyers responsibility to remind me.

Processing times may range from 1-5 days. Shipping times range from 3-7 days after order has been processed. Custom orders have a 14-day range.

Shipping is calculated automatically by Shopify based on weight and dimensions. On some local and international orders when multiples are purchased, the shipping is underestimated. It does not double the weight or shipping costs. When this happens, I may contact you to either adjust your order or pay the additional shipping costs.
